Life cycle has its major clinical and physiological changes during puberty and the later teen years. Attitudinal changes, mood swings show up during this phase as the chakras become more active at this time. Yoga helps in maintaining the balance in the different chakras. I emphasize on training the youth for Chakra meditation.

YO YOGA:

Yoga acts as a holistic approach for the overall personality development of an individual. During puberty and the later teen years, immense changes are taking place in the body's chemistry and physiology.


LOSS OF WEIGHT :

Due to increase in stress levels/anxiety, an individual may begin to reduce weight. I have seen students losing tremendous weight during their exams or if they involved in unpleasant conversations with their friends or close associates that is when you say

Some individuals begin to bloat primarily because they do not measure their food intake, consume more of junk food, wrong eating habits and no uniformity in the timing of food. So please YO YOGA


PIMPLES SHOW ON THE FACE :

sometimes due to undue consumption of Rajsic food (spicy and oily/junk) food, pimples are shown on the face. So I make a diet chart accordingly to balance the system by consuming Satwik food (fresh fruits) in combination with YO YOGA

CONCENTRATION:
